scary day

We had a good start to the day, Granny made pancakes and they were YUMMY, I have learned that word now so I said Yummy to granny,
Then we were going to see my best friend Jason and take him some Lunch but he had to go with his mommy because she was sorting his Great grandpas things out, his great grandpa went home to Jesus this week which was Good for the grandpa but very sad for the Family!
So Granny said lets go to Monkey Bizness and we got there 2 minutes before the special$5 entry ended  that was Good and grabby got 25% of her coffee!! I played very well I made friends and was having a Lovely time for over an hour until I came down the slide and fell awkwardly i twisted my wrist back, at first it looked broken even two other Mommy's were concerned because I wouldn't straighten it but granny said lets not panic would one of you ladies get ice please so they did and I was crying and getting snot all over granny after a few minutes granny could tell it was just the way I fell and shes done that before and it hurts like crazy for a while, So she said would you like to go home, But I'm a big boy and I said NO and went off to play but every minute came back for a cuddle and cried a bit more , in the end I just sat on Granny's knee, then a lady said theres a Tornado in harrisonville and were on a warning, granny thought on NO what will we do she needed Gas but she didn't want to stop for gas and didn't want to run out so she got me into the car as fast as she could and the gas light said low gas, but she just knew it was enough ti get her home so she prayed we would get home safely and get me safely into a safe place, the siren was Very loud and I cried, we got into the basement and I didn't like it, and hadn't had lunch but there were snacks there so we put on the weather on the TV to follow it and daddy called so he knew we were safe, and I got upset I wanted to get out of the safe room., so granny lay on the mattress that was there with a big blanky and we snuggled until I went to sleep. I slept about 2 hours, when I woke I was very teary again and granny doesn't know why, maybe all the confusion, but a few cuddle and 2 green pops I was happy, then we read books and played upstairs I didn't want to go down, we emptied the dishwasher, put my clothing away and now I'm watching Esther while granny does the Blog, Granny said we need to thank God for our safety and pray for all the people that weren't safe, I don't know what that all means but I know how to pray!
I'm happy now !! and waiting for my mommy and Daddy to come home!! because I love them.

The King of dirtyness

I had a LOVELY day getting Dirty,  Granny and I went on our date, I was my usual polite charming self , the waiter asked us what we wanted and I said cocoa prease then granny said and? so I said cake prease, (pancake) and the waiter said WHAT and before he could say what meat I said BACON and clapped my hand,  Granny had a skillet with veggies and egg it looked yummy, and fruit.
You should have seen me after eating   a chocolate chip pancake and wiping my hands down my T shirt, I looked like no one owned me!!! but it was sooooooo good! The waiter said is that good I said Yes,  but said no more I was too busy eating, when granny finished her coffee we went to look at my garden and there is some lettuce ready and spinach will be when we get back. but we couldn't garden it was too muddy, so I ran around with the puppies but guess what I did I ran straight to the ONLY ungrassed part which was muddy  face first daisy thought it was funny I thought it was Funny Granny didn't think it was funny so  We hopped up granny cleaned my face and then I saw the JON deere and I played on that then asked to get flowers for my mommy I picked the ones I wanted,
We came home just in time for the carpet cleaners so while they did my room I had a MUCH needed Bath and a snack ready for a Big sleep!!!
The bad thing about today is Granny is very itchy and My eyes have bothered me, Daddy has a Bad allergic reaction today so we think that's what ours is, but its no where near as bad as Daddy's,
The carpets are wet and the sofas from being cleaned so Granny's sat on Mommy's bed because its also bad weather and she watching to make sure we don't need to be in the basement, there was a funnel cloud on I 70 and I435 East  that's to near for comfort granny said but so far here looks OK.
Granny said shes going to sneak in the trunk of the car Friday because 10 days is a LONG time away!

Wanting to be a teanager

I  want to grow up to fast granny said.  when I went potty I stood up like a Big boy and did my pee pee granny thinks that's good sometimes but not in the mornings because she wants the other part in the toilet.
I helped granny clean up breakfast, after I ate lots of strawberry's and a Muffin then I tidied my room and helped fold some laundry, we then went to get Alice a Starbucks and granny found she had a card with $35 on it so she bought Erika Stephan Alice and me a cake pop.  we all were very excited,  the other kids are in Texas with their Grandma,  I played basket ball with Stephan and played like a professional Granny said I want to be grown up to fast!!!  when it came time to leave I was heartbroken and cried and cried,
I just Love those boys!!!! but when we were playing Stephen gave in to me when I screamed and granny said No Stephen  I had to take turns I think she was trying to teach me something there and after a while I was a good boy about sharing,
Granny said I'm a none stop chatter box!!!  talk talk talk. and I love to help do chores around the house!
we put me to bed early today because the carpet cleaner was coming but its 2-30 and he is not here yet,
granny put the beef on to cook it smells good, when I wake up she is going to get some gluten free mushroom soup to go in it and some potato's!!! she will cook the potato's a bit before she puts them in.
Granny said she will miss me while I'm a way but is looking forward to a rest!!!
She said she may come down and kidnap me!!!

here I am

here I'm late today!!
I had a good day but was tired, we  went to the store to bye Popsicle makers so granny could make fruit juice Popsicles and sneak veggie juice in them lets see if shes sneaky enough to trick me!!! but when we got home  we couldn't get the new juicer to work, we were so disappointed so we cleaned up what we started and read some  books bye then i was so sleepy I wanted bed and it was only 11am so granny took her time getting my lunch a child could starve to death waiting,  she gave me sweet potato fries fish and fruit I ate quite a lot then I was falling asleep in my food so she gave in and snuggled me into bed!!
Before we went to the store i had got a lot of toys out granny said you need to put those away and I put them all away like a big boy all on my own she was so proud of me she bought me a present at the store, it was matchbox cars , it had a motor bike front lifter, truck, car, set, I was Very excited and have played a lot with them granny said its so funny to see me loving matchbox cars  because her son at my age loved them too and he is 41 now,
After my sleep I helped granny put all my clean clothing away, and make my bed, then we played and I wanted to read more, lately I want to read and read and read all day!!!!  so I'm easy to entertain.
Granny said to me in one book that's a pretty flower i said mommy pretty   granny said is daddy pretty i said daddy piggy oink oink. granny said not nice Jake but I laughed I was just having fun then I said daddy pretty, granny said maybe piggy is nicer than pretty a boy cant win !!!!!!, Maybe daddys a Pretty piggy
we are watching my 2nd DVD now the weathers not been nice today,   so we couldn't get out much, tonight I'm helping mommy do my playroom!!!!!!

Were crazy and the weathers crazier,

We started out with a plan but the plan didn't go as planned,  but we had fun, we stopped at home depot and got paint for Granny's basement, and then I saw the plants and insisted we looked so granny said we could, but she only let me buy 1 lettuce plant,
then we went to see the puppies and worked in my garden, every time we started it rained so we would go in side then it would stop and that's how it was all morning,. but we got most of my Garden weeded, I have growing 4 lovely lettuce, beans 8 tomato plants 2 peonies, beets, peppers, and a few carrots,and cucumber they all look healthy,,
I spent some time weeding but granny said go play with your trucks so I did, I know when I'm not wanted, I guess I'm not surprised when I pulled up my lettuce plants but I tried to be helpful,
then I helped granny put hay between the plants to stop weeds,
I just love working with animals and in the garden,  It started getting cool so we went inside and I played some more with the puppies then granny tried her usual trick on me "Its time to go home Jake" I said no No No not go, Runch prease. I thought I saw a tear in Granny's eye I was so sweet, granny said in future she is just going to plan lunch at her house for me when I go there,  before she even said yes I had climbed up to the kitchen table ready to eat,  she had some stew so she gave me shredded meat and i loved it and I liked the carrot, then I ate a lot of peanut butter pie and a cookie then I asked for Juice,
I was a hungry farmer Boy,
I was also very dirty farmer boy and had fallen over and got more grazes , granny said I have 2 left feet,
so we came on home and i had a nice bath and got snuggled into bed for my nap,
Granny's going to have a Bath too because she got pretty dirty too and she has nursery tonight those babies don't want a stinky granny!!!
No photos today we forgot the Camera,
Granny's going to look out in yard sales for out door toys so when i go there I have a couple more for me and My baby sister when shes Born and gets big enough to go, because even when we go to school Granny still wants us to visit and be our Granny!!!


Granny wanted to tell you not only am I a chunky monkey I'm a smart cheeky Monkey, when we went to leave  her house she said where are my keys Jake, I said all gone and ran up the hall laughing. so she looked everywhere and couldn't find them , she looked for about 30 minutes she said jake have you hidden my keys and I just giggled and ran away. Granny said Jake I think your playing tricks on me show me where the keys are now please or granny is going to be very unhappy if you know where they are so I ran into the living room and tried to get behind the sofa thats where I had hidden them. I was not giggling now I looked at granny to see if I was in trouble but she laughed and I went Phew that was a close one!!!

Diary of a 2 year old strawberry picker.

You get ready and run as fast as you can all exited to the car and fall over your own feet, then you graze your elbow and cry then granny fixes it and washes  it while you try to say its OK its OK, trying to be brave, then you set of on your journey,
You fall asleep in the car and when you get there you get taken to the potty with a warning DO NOT pee in your pants or you will be in trouble,
you get on the golf buggy with your granny and the farmer granny to go the strawberry patch, already you are liking this , you pick a few Berry's and think this is for the birds give me that buggy, the granny and those 2 dogs ,granny about has a cow as a GIANT white Dog comes towards me, its bigger than her its a great Pyrenees, one mouthful I'm gone,the farmer granny said its OK he's used to kids, but is he used to Granny's? he likes me so that's OK but goes towards granny shes NOT happy, I say to granny Puppy Puppy, She said that's not a puppy that a CART horse but I Loved her, and sat on  the ground with her and granny took a photos but they didn't turn out  :(
Next I leave granny picking strawberry's , and worked with the Farmer Granny driving their buggy, and trailer,. moving weeds, feeding ducks chasing  roosters, and all those fun things farmer kids do,I played in the play house and then went to the other granny and grandad picking berries and  pulled the bucket off his knee and sat on it thensaid Hello.  so I was surrounded by Granny's and grandpas.  the last big thing you do is forget to ask to potty. and pee in your pants then sit on the farmers knee  in your wet pants, Granny was  very upset with me and told me to say sorry she said OK, next time you can call me grammy and Say potty please and Granny can take you she was very nice,
WE made out way home bought me some Wendy's  but I was too tired o eat!!!

Granny was recovering from being sick today so was not up to doing a whole lot, we decided it was a beautiful day so we went to my friends the foster kids ( they are not fostered that is their last name) and we played out side while granny and Alice say in the sunshine, then when we came Home I was so exhausted I asked for the pancake that was in the fridge and ate in and fell fast asleep, Granny had to wake me I slept so long

Granny wasn't feeling good nor was Alice today plus the weather did not look great so we postponed the Zoo and stayed home, but we have had a Very crazy cool time , that's my definition,
We went to the store after I turned down my breakfast! and granny got her groceries and some for us, they had brownie mixes and cake mixes 69c so she got 6, I picked a strawberry one to make strawberry cup cakes  today then I picked chocolate frosting with sprinkles I like shopping with granny and that she lets me shop and pick things I like. but she did say no to some things, so I got a sad face then I would ask for a hug,
I was such a charmer I said hello to everyone , and offered my hand to shake, when they said well thank you, I said you welcome, they were all happy and said You have a wonderful grandson to granny what amazing manners for a child so young, its missing in our young ones today, even some young Mommy's said how do you get him to be so polite, granny said She started when I was young and insists on it, it pays off because I get compliments everywhere.we didn't meet any grumps today everyone was happy,
When we were getting vegetables I asked granny for grape tomato's and baby carrots so she got them to see if i would eat them I ate 2 for lunch of the tomato's then got a tangy one and stopped, i ate 3 carrots.
We got home and got the stuff out of the car and I kept saying Help granny, I was so kind to her she said I think you know Granny's not feeling good your being so kind. I helped her put her fridge food in the fridge until she goes home, then we baked the Cakes and later put on the frosting it was SOOO much fun, I made cinnamon rolls too, (there will be photos). after we were done granny had to almost bath me.Granny said she wishes she had been born 60 years later she would have waited and married me I'm such a charmer, but I would have to be less fussy with my food!
I had mac and cheese for lunch with a mini cup cake, tomato's and carrots and juice, then I was ready for my bed, it was so funny I grabbed my giant bear small bear 2 monkeys and blanky I could barely walk. so I asked granny to help., she said there will be no room in the bed for you, I just gave her I big smile as I struggled into my bed with all my snuggles.

When I kissed night to granny, I was VERY funny I said night mommy , OOPS Daddy OOps Granny, I crazy!!!
Granny lets me pick my clothing If were not going somewhere where she wants me to be extra nicely dressed and she says I'm getting to be very  particular and almost always select nice clothing, hope this doesnt mean I'm going to cost a fortune to dress, if so I may be out to work before I'm 10 :)

I wish I was a Girl

Today didn't start out fun granny took me to get my hair cut, when we went in the door I sat on the floor and wouldn't move so granny said to the lady do you want to cut a sweet little boys hair? do you have Patience if not we will go elsewhere, we were the only ones there,  She said yes so that's when it started I wished I was a girl and had LONG hair but granny said girls don't like their hair brushed either and they scream and cry, so theres no good way to go about it, Granny had M&Ms POPs and all kinds of Bribary,  nothing helped I did NOT want an apron on Im a BOY, so Granny took My shirt of and sat me on her knew, It was so sad,. I said, Home prease granny. Car Prease. Branky Prease. all done Prease. Peepee Prease. Bed Prease. Drink Prease. No more prease. Sheap prease/ pray prease. Runch prease all the things I could say just to get out of it, but  we got it Done maybe not a perfect hair cut but its hard when I wont keep still. we had a talk and I said next time I will not be so worried and will sit still better, Granny said it is a bit scary someone ciming at you with scissors!!!
Granny said what would you like to do to make you happy now and I said puppies so we went to see them, then granny took me to Monkey business because we thought  the weather was going to be bad, we were disappointed it stayed good because I could have worked in my garden, we had fun though and I was a very good boy, I was kind and gentle, I shared and was very sweet to everyone.
we got home granny made me lunch but I didn't eat much I wanted bed, I was too tired, Granny said I gave her my cold and its giving her a headache and sore eyes so shes going to take a nap so she can go to church.
Granny talked to some Mommy's and Granny's at monkey business and they all said their kids were very upset when they got their first few hair cuts so it will just take time to get used to it!

Surprise!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!

Today Granny surprised me, firstly we went to the park to play before it got to hot. and I like that there was no one there so it was just me climbing running and being my usual busy self, Then we went to the Mall to get me some shoes (sandals) and granny decided to try to take me without the stroller because we were not going to be there long, I was a BIG boy and walked like a Big boy holding her hand all the time I didn't try running away, I tried on 4 pairs of sandals and when we both decided on the best pair I didn't want them off, we left there and stopped at Kohl's Because Granny got a gift card for $50 and she doesn't need clothing so she thought she would see if they had Towels, she was VERY Surprised they Had green ones which she wanted , a bit darker than she wanted but OK. for 90% off so she got 8 she was very happy then as we left she saw more sandals for me that were $30 reduced to $5 so she got those she thought she was A Very lucky shopper.
I was getting tired by now and was asking for Runch and my branky as we were nearing where mommy works Granny text them and didn't tell me she was doing it, we stopped at the MacDonald's near there and I ate 4 nuggets and fries, and spilled my chocolate milk everywhere, I told the lady at the checkout I did pee pee. Granny said you don't tell everyone that, it is private I don't understand all this private stuff I guess I have a Lot to Learn. the Lady thought I was cute See I know how to charm all the Ladies not sure telling them peepee will work when I'm 18 though.
Then We played in the play area and I looked up and there were these 2 people that looked just like my mommy and daddy AND THEN I realized it was them. so granny had surprised me and got them to come and see me, Daddy played with me in the tunnels and mommy and granny just made Piggy's of themselves and ate Ice cream, but it was a FUN day, I was soon asleep when I got home and got cleaned up!!!

Monkeys by 6

We were 6 monkeys today and laughed so much we were red in the face and snotty nosed When granny said we were going to Alice's the fosters I said as best I could all their names. and DON'T freak out at the photo of me upside down that was Stephen doing that who is 15 he was doing it with Caleb and i wanted it done to me, granny freaked out but shes Crazy. I told her shes crazy we were OK, then we played on a big horse we all got on it and made it fall (Trenton me and Jared) and when it fell we said WE crazy then laughed hysterically,, Trenton and me built the cups high about 20 Times then I scattered them everywhere laughing so loud and he was so patient teaching me how to built it then rebuilding over and over.we played trucks and other mischievous things SHHHHHHHH!!!!!!!! but we were just being boys!!! they were corrupting me or was it me them? well we only put water in a tanker truck because tankers carry fluid but toy ones leak all over the house OOPS!!! were Crazy, now i have Alice's boys all saying crazy!!!!
