Eventful day

We had an eventful; day, starting with home made gluten free banana waffles, bacon and eggs, Ian ate an egg and a whole waffle plus a half, and they were big!! Jake ate Bacon and 2 waffles they loved them!, then we cleaned up and Jake said Ill be back next thing he comes back all dressed and had made his bed, he just loves his new big boy room, Ian came with me and got dressed then made his bed he too loves his big boy bed and takes great pride in making his bed ON HIS OWN!!! after this we went to look at electric park I had not been before but Jake when we got there said he had been there for easter with his cousins, we played for a bit but it was cold and everything was wet, it is a very nice park though, on the way there we had a scare, Ian screams as if hurt , then jake screams hysterically just before 95th street  on I-435, GRANNY GRANNY MY BROTHERS GETTING HURT GRANNY  he was hysterical, I could see in the mirror Ian had a clip from his keys on his lip and it did not look nice  so i quickly drove into a safe spot in a business and rescued Ian VERY QUICKLY, trying to comfort Jake with words, Ian was fine his lip was fine I reassured him he was ok and don't put things in his mouth, Ok granny he said, Kisses and Cuddles he is ok. then to Jake who has tears Running down his face and comfort him telling him he was a good Big brother to protect Ian!! I was proud of him, and kisses and cuddles all is well, Interesting they can be so mean to each other but if one is hurt so protective,  home we go and get lunch ready they eat a huge lunch these boys are growing., Jake Loves nutella sandwiches, any sandwich is GOOD what a change in his eating lately. Jake goes to school and eventually Ian to bed he just loves his bed he snuggled with his blanket and went straight to sleep, he did not want to get up to go and get Jake from School,. he cried, until I reminded him he had to get a Candy to take for Jake, when we came home they played outside with jackets on it was still cold, Jake is enjoying learning to play my lap harp and after only 3 tries is really picking it up, he loves it, Funny after Jake rescuing Ian today Ian just picked on Jake all afternoon, Thats brothers for you!!!!!
