Were LATE

Were late for our blog  oh No. granny fell asleep. I woke up and reminded her.
I have had a GREAT day I did 1 PEEEEEE in the potty and lots in my Pants YEAH<
Granny tok me to get proper pants and there was a little child singing Jesus loves me so I started singing with her in the store and the silly sentimental mommy and granny started to cry and embarresss us, We were so cute. I can see with my mom and granny we will be embarrassed many times because they both kiss my face too and said they will do it until I'm 18!!!
We went to play with Caleb and Alice opened the back door, Caleb and me just looked as if to say we can GO out side and did not know how to react we smiled and looked  as if to say WOW freedom so we stepped out the door then back in and then out and chased each other around , we laughed and had so much fun outside,  and inside running in and out, then I came in and Caleb would come and tap me and say come come because he wanted me to play more outside, I had a fun time
This Morning Granny and me did My big ocean puzzle but theres 2 pieces missing we need to find them.
Granny was going to clean the inside of her car while I slept but she slept instead!!!
When I woke I kept putting on music on my mini computer and Turning round in circles then when I was dizzy I would say WOW what happened because I couldn't stand up!!!!
Now I'm going to have a Bath Ready for church.,

Booty training

Jakes definition of Potty (booty) training, Sit on potty only if granny sits on Big one.. Laugh, read magazines stick your Booty in the AIr, toot, Laugh even more if granny smacked the booty in the air, say peepee  potty say poopoo potty to granny,then get up after 10 minutes of so pull up your big boy pants go in the living room do peepee in pants and tell granny Peepee with great excitement GRRRR LOL

 

 

 

Today was Jakes first day of Potty training and I'm quite convinced he thought he was training ME to pee pee not him!!!

It was hilarious But we got through it and granny literally wet herself laughing at Mr comedian.

We went to the park NO wet pants it started to rain so we went to costco because granny had a gift card to spend, NO wet pants but what did jake do the minute he got of his potty he wet his pants, Smart kid isnt he :)

 

Its a hot day today but the wind in horrible,  Im blogging today not Jake because I wanted to share the Potty fun,

Jake has spent the whole day saying Why then if I explaing why he turns his head as if NOT TO HEAR and says WHAT i say its Pardon not What so he says WHY LOL

sunny day

Not a lot to report today Granny and I have had a  quiet day, we read some books after breakfast then we took gramps to the Doctor, YEAH FOR THE LAST TIME. while he was in the doctor we had a little walk then I completely demolished the inside of her car, and adjusted every thing that was adjustable in it I  set the  map quest to take us to Timbuktu,.called Kalamazoo on her phone but I had a Blast doing it, I looked out of the driver seat window chatting to everyone going by and I guess most of them had mondayitis they sure had their grumpy face on.Granny and me had our happy ones. then we took gramps home  after getting me some lunch because I was getting SOOO tired, and  Granny got a Drink, Gramps got his paraphernalia off and can drive himself now and were VERY VERY happy,
Then Granny told me the Bad news, Tomorrow No more diapers she said I have to try very hard to be a big boy in the day time and do my business on the potty!! I'm going to try very hard!!!
I will be a BIG boy then , I was awake when we got home but I ran fast as I could to my bed, If I wake up in time Granny said we will go get a few groceries!!! that sounds good I like doing that./ Its a Great day and  we can play outside Too

I saw the BIGGEST Monkey in the WORLD

Granny surprised me today and took me with Jason and Anna Beth to the zoo, I had a BLAST I loved it so much I want to go again but next time when its not spring break, Granny said we can go again in about 1 month before it gets too hot, we got very tired especially poor old granny, I kept her hopping,
I loved the polar bear it kept swimming under water and it was so much fun watching it but people kept pushing in front of us little ones so it was a bit hard, then I loved the tiger and I made all the animal noises, some of the time granny let me walk some of the time she made me go in the stroller but I was a good boy and didn't complain,
then we saw monkey and a HUGE big one but granny said it was a Gorilla I said no Monkey she just doesn't know her Animals, I was not scared of any of the animals but Jason and Anna Beth were, we went to Australia and saw tree kangaroos, and LOTS of wallaby's and big reds and other kangaroos, we saw dingos and I called them puppies granny said they are not as kind as puppies and they would bite me, I said No no not Nice.
We saw birds and they were very pretty I got very excited when we saw them. I wanted a train ride but   Jason's mommy couldn't afford it so we didn't go this time granny said next time we will go on the train because 1 ticket is $5 for all the rides you want for the day, that will be cool then we don't need  to walk as much,
We saw a HUGE elephant and I touch a tusk and Skin it felt very weird, WE had a yummy Lunch and i tried very hard to eat good food I ate a whole wedge of cucumber I like the baby cucumbers with a little salt or sugar on them.
I ate Apple and cheese and  other snacks granny packed. then I fed sheep and I loved them but Jason and Anna Beth wouldn't touch them they were scared, I wasn't scared at all. then granny washed my hands  after that I was running around and fell over that really upset me but I tried to be a Big boy and not cry to much,  We came home and I fell asleep in the car but lately when granny lifts me out I'm waking up so It took her a Long time to get me asleep and we both fell asleep in the chair at about 3-30 then granny put me in my bed and went to lay on the sofa because she was so tired and sore, she was going to have a HOT bath but was to tired for that,  she woke me at 4-45pm I was NOT happy but  I soon got happy, We have had a fun week and lots of educational things, Granny said tomorrow we are going to the store and playing outside that is all!!! we may bake cookies, I think that's fun too,
I need to water my seeds i planted first though,

Adventure day on travel

Today was a fun and educational day, I wont go into our get ready for the day boring  start!!!
Granny decided to waste Gas and take me on an adventure :)
We drove to Gardner and stopped at the airport there this was the start of different ways people travel. I saw the little planes and of Course she forgot her Camera!!! what will I do with her! we sat by the little picnic ground and watched 3 tiny planes take off, granny told me about  the different planes there are, the big ones that fly over seas, the flying doctor planes the sea planes and many other planes I kept getting excited as she told me about them. I loved watching them land and take off,
Next was  Horses because we were in the country, and I about took off with excitement, we got out of the car and looked and the horses, granny told me people used to only have horses to travel that sounds like fun to me!! she said  farmers still use them to get around on their farms,
We went and saw a Fire truck, they travel to save people and to get out fires in houses and other places, and rescue people trapped either in fires or accidents etc, they are very important vehicle,
Then it was a Police car , They go VERY fast they travel to stop criminals or speeding cars, or to help people in trouble , or help children needing help and many other things, they have loud sirens so you can see and hear them coming,
Then we saw an ambulance granny said they travel Very fast usually to get very sick or injured people to hospital so they can get well.
We saw Cars all different cars, some very Big cars that use to much Gas, we saw some sports Cars they were cOOOOOOL Daddy!!! we saw lots of Motor bikes I LOVED them then we saw just normal bikes they are very good for excercise Granny said,
We looked at Boats they travel on water and sea does they look like super fun!! Granny said I have to be Much bigger for them. saw boats for Fishing and Granny said fishing is a Lot of fun and when I'm bigger we can go fishing with Henrietta My new sister,
Then we saw scooters they are for travel also  so there are lots of things for travel. it was a really fun morning and even in the park the swing ,made me travel in the air, I learned so Much it was very exciting,
I talked none stop about it ,
Granny said we may do a different adventure on day on animals and go to a park to see what we can find, that sounds like fun too!!!
We stopped at the store and got some Groceries we got some boring veggies and a couple of fruits and stuff to make a pizza plus fish sticks for me a alphabet noodles!!It was Fun,
Granny's worried I'm getting into a Bad habit when I go to bed I want her to sit in the chair and cuddle me but it feels so cosy!!!!
I ate a reasonable good lunch, a little bit of broccoli cheese, 2 fish sticks 1/2 banana a little cucumber and a yogurt,
ZOOS TOMORROW!!!!!!!!!

first ever 6 yr old wins Gold medal in the olympics!!!

Granny didn't tell me this but I can read her mind, We went to Gymboree because leaping lizards changed their time again and we were not ready in time,  we went to family time the youngest there was 1 the oldest was 4 and I was in the middle , Granny said  with me reading her mind she doesn't know why were there except I did have fun, but I ran faster than everyone played basket ball WAY better than everyone, Jumped Higher, climbed higher, jumped from a higher spot, kicked balls better  danced better  and over all  seemed way ahead of everyone, but I was also very good at clapping for myself so granny got me to clap for others because she wants me to learn to encourage others as well,  I did have a Lot of fun but granny thinks I will  be in the Olympics I;m so athletic and good with the ball ect,
We stopped at the Christian book store to get my DVD but they couldn't find it and wondered if mommy had the receipt number,
I was falling asleep in the car so granny stopped at sonic to get me lunch I ate half of it and fell asleep any way,  It was a great Morning Granny said I have been such a Good boy all week, and it has been a lot of fun so far, she said my speaking is coming along really well we had quite a few little conversations today that made sense,  and she just loves it.
WE both want warm weather though so we can get out side and play in the parks!!!

Granny needs health hazzard insurance or a pay raise.

Granny said she needs health hazard insurance or a raise in pay after today,
we got going our usual way and I ate 1 and a 1/2 waffles like you all really want to know what I ate, its just to let you know granny isn't starving me, then in the next hour it rained, snowed heavily, hailed and ice came down, so granny decided we were not going far because she didn't want to have me out on bad roads if it should turn really bad!  the nearest place to go is monkey business so i was happy!! it was  very quiet there and only a few kids so it was good fun, I climbed to the highest point and played with everything, then I went in the jumping castle and as is my normal routine I chat up a cute girl who has a super strong daddy with her and get him to help me up the big high  climb to the high slide, he asked granny if she minded and granny thought that was very polite of him plus she wished she was younger he was pretty cool :) . so he helped me and his cool little girl a few times the he said OK no more so we both pouted, then I said I do, and started to try to do it myself after 3 or 6 tried I did it!!! Granny was holding her breath un til she was blue (teasing)  and when i came down the slide I stood there I said WOW COOL and clapped my hands waiting for everyone else to do it but no one did, Oh well. I went and did it again a few times,  Granny said she wants her baby back and she loves her big boy but misses her baby, so we came home as soon as i started the grumps because she knew I was tired, I ate some chicken , rice and cheese then because granny wanted her baby to cuddle she cuddled me on the rocker for a while and I fell asleep. I didn't complain and i quite like being her baby boy at those times!!!!
Granny wants you all to know the Cute daddy with the Cute little Girl has a very Cute wife!!!!
granny is going  to have a nap too I think because she had a bad headache maybe I sent her blood pressure to High :)
We had a very funny thing happen, in the middle of the weird weather Zoe ? came to the deck door crying to come in, she was soaking wet, granny said how on earth did  you get out there and got her into the garage to let her dry, but couldn't work out what happened because she didn't remember letting her out so she said to me did you let her out jake? I said yes so now Granny's is VERY confused and worried because if I can unlock and lock the back door we have a problem? so we checked all the doors then there is Zoe s granny said how did you get out of the Garage? and we suddenly realized the Dog in  the garage was not Zoe. so we looked it had no name or number on it and granny let it go to see if it would find its way home  and it hasn't come back so we are hoping its safe with its mommy and daddy

Messy monday

Today I have been super messy but allowable messy. we had breakfast and after I got dressed I wanted to sit in the chair and read books so we read a lot of books then we did something else I had asked for and it was PAINTING we made a couple of paintings for my wall maybe in my playroom . they were fun you do a finger painting then put a plain paper on top of it then use a rolling pin to roll it out so you get two almost identical paintings side by side!! granny will take photos to show you what I did, I had so much fun I did that for a very long time , I was so messy I had paint in my hair so then we went and had water play, (a bath) in moms BIG bath I didn't want to get out I was like a shriveled up prune, granny had to keep adding warm water so i didst get cold , then I smelled beautiful so granny just snuggled me, after that i wanted to play with my Easter eggs and I kept hiding them and granny found them. so even though we didn't go out today because we need daddy to put the car seat in it was GOOD to stay home,. the bath made me so tired  I wanted to go to bed so granny and i had an early lunch she made me nachos with the taco meat mom made and I ate a LOT. and I drank juice. then when I want to bed I wanted 5 kisses and nigh nights!!! she thinks I'm funny but very sweet and Cute, granny is tired too so she may have a Nap she said!
Later this week I'm going out with one of my best est friends Jason because he is 2 now , so were going out for his Birthday I'm looking forward to it!
After my sleep I wanted to sit on granny for a cuddle and read books for a while so we did that then we went and played outside , I played basket ball , and catch with granny, we walked a little bit but it was chillier than we thought so because we had been so busy today  granny said because I asked so sweetly I could have an afternoon DVD the one I watched this morning was very short,  and I asked very sweetly for chips please, every afternoon now I like a bowl with a few corn chips in it for a snack.

"The Meanest Mother"




I had the meanest mother in the whole world. While other kids ate

candy for breakfast, I had to have cereal, eggs or toast. When others

had cokes and candy for lunch, I had to eat a sandwich. As you can

guess, my supper was different than the other kids' also.

But at least, I wasn't alone in my sufferings. My sister and two

brothers had the same mean mother as I did.

My mother insisted upon knowing where we were at all times. You'd

think we were on a chain gang. She had to know who our friends were and

where we were going. She insisted if we said we'd be gone an hour, that

we be gone one hour or less--not one hour and one minute. I am nearly

ashamed to admit it, but she actually struck us. Not once, but each

time we had a mind of our own and did as we pleased. That poor belt was

used more on our seats than it was to hold up Daddy's pants. Can you

imagine someone actualy hitting a child just because he disobeyed? Now

you can begin to see how mean she really was.

We had to wear clean clothes and take a bath. The other kids always

wore their clothes for days. We reached the height of insults because

she made our clothes herself, just to save money. Why, oh why, did we

have to have a mother who made us feel different from our friends?

The worst is yet to come. We had to be in bed by nine each night

and up at eight the next morning. We couldn't sleep till noon like our

friends. So while they slept-my mother actually had the nerve to break

the child-labor law. She made us work. We had to wash dishes, make

beds, learn to cook and all sorts of cruel things. I believe she laid

awake at night thinking up mean things to do to us.

She always insisted upon us telling the truth, the whole truth and

nothing but the truth, even if it killed us- and it nearly did.

By the time we were teen-agers, she was much wiser, and our life

became even more unbearable. None of this tooting the horn of a car for

us to come running. She embarrassed us to no end by making our dates

and friends come to the door to get us. If I spent the night with a

girlfriend, can you imagine she checked on me to see if I were really

there. I never had the chance to elope to Mexico. That is if I'd had a

boyfriend to elope with. I forgot to mention, while my friends were

dating at the mature age of 12 and 13, my old fashioned mother refused

to let me date until the age of 15 and 16. Fifteen, that is, if you

dated only to go to a school function. And that was maybe twice a year.



Through the years, things didn't improve a bit. We could not lie

in bed, "sick" like our friends did, and miss school. If our friends

had a toe ache, a hang nail or serious ailment, they could stay home

from school. Our marks in school had to be up to par. Our friends'

report cards had beautiful colors on them, black for passing, red for

failing. My mother being as different as she was, would settle for

nothing less than ugly black marks.

As the years rolled by, first one and then the other of us was put

to shame. We were graduated from high school. With our mother behind

us, talking,  and demanding respect, none of us was allowed the

pleasure of being a drop-out.

My mother was a complete failure as a mother. Out of four

children, a couple of us attained some higher education. None of us

have ever been arrested, divorced or beaten his mate. Each of my

brothers served his time in the service of this country. And whom do we

have to blame for the terrible way we turned out? You're right, our

mean mother. Look at the things we missed. We never got to march in a

protest parade, nor to take part in a riot, burn draft cards, and a

million and one other things that our friends did.

She forced us to grow up into God-fearing, educated, honest adults.

Using this as a background, I am trying to raise my three

children. I stand a little taller and I am filled with pride when my

children call me mean.

Because, you see, I thank God, He gave me the meanest mother in

the whole world.

MMMMM Waffles

Waffles to start the day MMMMMM  Granny made waffles I said MMMMMMMMMMMMMM even though they are Gluten freee syrup kills that fact!!!! I ate one whole one Yummy yummy I got waffle in my tummy!!!! after we cleaned up we went to monkey business and i climbed to the HIGHEST place you could go and Granny almost had a heart attack then told Mommy now Mommy's had a heart attack  Oh dear what will we do? There is  not much that can happen because its all padded and safe , I went up there and down the BIG slide about 30 times! so I'm officially a BIG boy and far to daring , I was not nice to one little boy and as soon as I was mean In ran to the corner and hid then wouldn't come out I think I knew I was in trouble , the little boy came and said I forgive you he was very sweet but I was grumpy and the lady said he forgives you anyway because that's what we must do,Granny made me say sorry then we  played together and were good friends , the little boy said i do mean sometimes and I get spanking, he was a bit older than me.  then we came home but I did not want to eat lunch so i snuggled granny for a while then went to sleep  Granny couldn't carry me because she hurt her back she said its a good job I can walk!!! because I;m a BIG boy,
The thunder REALLY scared Zoe it was Very loud!!!
mommy and daddy I'm looking forward to the weekend with you Im  going to try hard not to say NOOO and get angry granny's been talking to me a LOT about it :) :)
