sprinklers and friends make a perfect summer

I'm blogging for two days here Tuesday granny chose where we went and surprised me! we left early and took breakfast in the car . with hopes we would miss the heat, we went to loose park in Kansas city, It was a very cool park, Granny didn't take the stroller but wished she had because my legs got tired and I'm to big to be carried. when we got there we tried to find the sprinkler park but we couldn't and no one knew where it was, so we looked and the beautiful rose garden and the fountain  then we played in the playground me being Mr social of course made lots of friends , it was so much fun, then granny said lets go for a walk so of we go, granny started singing were off to see the wizard the wonderful wizard of Oz I said NO   she is so embarrassing who wants to walk around with a granny singing I hope she doesn't do that when I'm older!!!! we watch the people play volley ball then we found the sprinkle park, but Guess what the Park was not started, so we sat a while then we called the number on the board and they said we don't open until 11!!! so granny said that's 30 minutes do you want to wait.. I said yes of course we sat or played and waited then along came a man. cool man me being my social self noticed a tennis ball in his hand. and noticed him inspect the lawns they had just cut so i started inspecting it, then the man said I was a c charming young man and lots of other compliments, Granny's getting sick of it she gets No attention i get it wherever I go, so then I said to the Man who was the Head gardener "Catch" so he played catch with me I know just how to get what I want. so then he said I have to go and work that made me sad but he gave me the tennis ball!!!\

then the sprinklers came on so I had lots of fun and made lots of friends there, we came on home and granny bought me 1 scoop of chocolate custard it was so Yummy. when we got home I said Bed , but we couldn't find my blankey and i had a  big meltdown I cried cried, I was so heartbroken I may have lost it, granny opened everything looked everywhere for it, in the end she called mom and dad, then the door bell rang that upset me more then dad came home so it was all getting worse, in the end after all this granny finds the blanky behind the bathroom door in mom and dads room. but i wouldn't settle while Dad was here so Dad lay down with me, still I wouldn't settle so we are getting very sorry I wouldn't sleep so daddy just left, less than 3 minutes after he left I was fast asleep!!! I don't want to lose my blanky again!!!!

2/Today was a Big surprise and I wore myself out, I have a new friend now, he is one years older than me, his name is Jackson, him and Jason and Anna Beth all came to monkey business we had so much fun there was not many people there so it always makes it easier.when Jason arrived, we ran to each other and hugged, we always do and granny loves it, Jackson's quiet and didn't play with us much but probably because he doesn't know us yet, Jason's Daddy took Granny's car and put new brake Pads so now that's all done, when we left Monkey bizness I wanted to go and see daisy but I could barely keep my eyes open so granny said tomorrow I can.we got home and granny gave me taco meat, cheese , chips and strawberries,  I ate a lot I was so hungry then I said Granny, Bed please, so we went to the potty then put my diaper on and I was asleep very Fast,!!!!

I  think this blog needs a new name, Jake Deere blog, we had a sweet start to the day and Jake had his yummy cinnamon rolls and strawberry's granny had diet food because she is really trying to seriously lose weight, limiting her treats and high carb/fat foods, then granny ask me what I wanted to do and as clear as I bell i said flowers and tractors, so granny said do you want to go to my house and garden? I said no, jumped up and  down and said tractor flowers, so granny tried to figure it out and thought I may want to go to lowes and or home depot because I liked it so much last time.so we drove to home depot and when we got there Granny said is this what you mean? I jumped up and down in my seat and said yes clapping my hands.  granny said do you want a cart or walk so I said walk, we looked at fruit trees, Gramps is putting one in  in memory of granny's daughter, then I wanted to look at every plant, we then went inside, I looked at every tractor and tried them out,  My favorite was almost $4.000 then a man came to speak to us to see what we wanted, granny told him I'm going to own home depot one day I like it so much, he said to tell daddy the first sat of each month if daddy takes me there, kids can make things, daddy will you take me there please? then the man who by now had grown to love me because I was being so charming said would you like me to show you round Jake,? I said Yes please!!!! and he took me with granny to a little of each department and told me what each was for and I acted like I was really interested  I enjoyed it so much, each department when the man told me I said WOW or Cool or why or other appropriate things, the man then said how old is Jake? Granny said 2 hes not 3 until January, the man said i thought he was at least 4 , I used all my big boy manners, I tried to hug the man but granny showed me how to shake hands and I said thank you bye!!!  granny was so proud of me and i think between us we picked a great  little activity today!!! we came home and granny got her chicken soup and me my chicken noodles but I didn't eat much  then I was tired so I'm in bed asleep. Granny just LOVES my room but she said it looks to much like a big boy room!!! and she loves down stairs  she may have a nap too because she has the apartment to finish by Friday!!
maybe one Day Jake Mcmillen Tractors will  be bigger than John deere!!!!!

Wheres the rain

We thought it would rain today, but no it didn't so we had fun, I had breakfast then we headed for the park, It was so cool there, not cool as in weather just cool as in fun, I made so many friends and played so many games, We played ting around the rosy, and chasing, I thought every ball was mine and had to learn to share, which I didn't like at first, when I threw a fit granny gave me time out I didn't think that was nice so ran ti the other granny and said HELP,. and she wasn't nice she said I cant help you, you need to go and sit in time out like your granny said,  because that's the right thing to do, so I Lost that one didn't I :)
Then My friend the sad boy I met at Monkey business whose grandad is mean to him Came and we played and he lent me his motor cycle, he said he remembered we told him God loves him, and he talks to God every night like we told him to, It made granny have tears coming down her face and I put my hand up and wiped them then gave her a big kiss!! he was very kind letting me share his things,
After we finished we came home and on the way home granny bought me a small ice cream at Wendy's it was SOOO good,  whats this with granny nesting? is she having a Baby? I Guss someone is, shes always sorting and tidying today she said shes stung the pantry, ,, Sigh... at least its while I'm asleep!! but she says she doesn't know where my snacks All are, and then shes been going through my clothing,
I guess shes not really nesting but she will have a Baby to take care of so its a Bit like being repaired,.
We cut the apples to make juice and the kiwis and most of the apples had worms in them.. that's not nice
Granny said we don't need that kind of of protein. we added carrots and orange, and granny made pops plus put the rest in the purple lidded containers for Ice's, I drank a whole bottle with Ice in it I loved it,.
I ate a Big lunch then want yo bed but wanted Granny to stay but she said I must be a Big boy and go to sleep alone now so I did, Granny's very tired so I think will have a Nap,.
I forgot to tell you we went to get my photo taken and Granny's for our pool passes so next week we can go and play in the splash pools or the swimming pool. Granny's said it will be the splash pool because its safer for little kids and Granny's, we got moms and dads passes to they just have to take them in and get their photos taken in. while we were there , there was a volley ball game going on and I didn't want to leave, so Granny let me stay and watch it, but I wanted to join In I forget I'm not a Big person, Granny's convinced I'm going to be a professional basket ball player one day, she says I have to earn enough to take care of her in her old age, but shes old now.
I didn't want to wake up this after noon so I just cuddled granny instead,and now I'm watching Esther,
were all on Tornado watch I hope everyone stays safe!

Grannys

We have had a wonderful day! I have a very cool indoor trampoline!!!!  I would not eat breakfast today and granny does not know why but I sure made up for it later, we did nothing at my house other than quickly dress to go to Granny's to work on the Garden, I had spinach and lettuce and spring onions for mommy, my strawberry plants are very healthy but no strawberry's to bring home because I ate the ones on there :). I have carrots growing and my bean plants are very big, plus my tomato's and peonies, and peppers,
I mainly played with daisy  and made granny do the work.  but poor daisy she is so patient with me, I love her so much, I carried her everywhere even in the sprinkler to cool down. she didn't complain at all until I decided to open her mouth and look at her teeth she thought that was not so good and cried, so I said sorry Daisy and cried to and gave her a Kiss, I love all the Dogs Granny has But I really love daisy, we played chasing, we played hiding from Granny because I didn't want to go home, Daisy cried when we left so did I and so did Buddy!,
Granny Is so happy daisy is so gentle with me but wants me to be a little more gentle with her so I was trying harder, I put her in the wagon and puller her that was Very cool.
We all got hot so granny let me go in my Undies oops, and get under the sprinkler,
Then I ate some food at grannies. but on the way home she stopped to get a Drink at sonic and I was Hungry and asked for fries and nuggets and juice please, so she said OK,. I wasn't even prompted,. I ate one big chicken strip, most of my fries and apple juice. As soon as we got home about 1-30 I asked for bed, Granny said to tell you I ask for bed every day now,  and to day I didn't need her to stay with me.
 I had a Bath at Granny's house so I was nice and clean. Granny hasn't had a Bath yet she stinks, and she said she may not until she goes home Phooey  granny!!!!
We Love summer we get  sweaty but we get to do fun things, granny said shes going to bring a couple of changes of clothing and deodorant and just keep them hear during summer because  sometimes we get so hot and smelly or i hose her or something, then she can shower and be fresh if she has to go straight out after work.
My words have been awesome today and my favorite thing has been counting, I counted to 11 many times with NO mistakes!!!! and recognized a few letters,

Child labor laws broken again

Today I worked but really it was Fun. I helped Granny make Carrot cake Muffins and i loved them but she didn't like them. we ate a whole one each, and some fruit!  Granny was a good girl and ate all hers,
then we got my black/paint board granny gave me all cleaned (oops after a big poop) she bleached the stains of it and wouldn't let me use the bleach but said later today I can wash her car if I like because I loved washing things,  then we cleaned my table and chair set, and we set up a messy corner in my play room on the plastic table cloth, and I did some drawing,
Granny started to go through some of my winter clothing that will definitely not fit me next year. and especially the ones that button between the legs that would not be nice now I'm not in diapers I think it would be uncomfortable, we didn't finish though.
We tidied my playroom after I played, then I asked for books and when I came up stairs to play I wanted my bed , it was only 11.30 but I cried for bed so Granny said OK do you need a snack and i said no , bed prease, and climbed into bed but I wouldn't let granny leave I got very upset, Granny thinks I maybe a little insecure after  being away for a while, or maybe just want Granny today, so she sat in my chair and read her book until I went to sleep which was about 5 minutes,
Granny was going to cook fish today but its late lunch for me so she put it in the fridge for tomorrow, she had a cheese and salad sand which, Yummy,
Granny is very happy with all the words I'm using, and quite a few 3 words, I have some, I have more, one more bite, and a few others,
One Granny's not liking is if she goes to the potty, I come too, but that's because I don't want her to go anywhere even if she goes in the laundry I chase her  crying today,  she doesn't like that but she loves all the snuggles and kisses shes getting ,

When I woke I was hungry and ate hot dogs cheese and strawberry's, Granny then took me to the yogurt shop but its sad because she cant eat it because she found out after she got sick last time that its not gluten free, she did get some fruit though,  I thought I was in heaven and I ate it all up,
Then we came home and I did something to granny that I know she will pay me back for one day, she let me water moms plants and I watered granny well. and Laughed my head off while I did it, then she tried to water me as a pay back and I cried like a Baby, so she said I was not a fair player, then I watered her again and she said no more granny has not got any more clothes and I kept going laughing more and more and she was literally dripping wet,  I wasn't sure if she was going to be a good sport or I was going to get a spanking in the end but she was a Good sport and said one day you will pay for this like when you get engaged!!!! Oh no what is she going to do, she stripped my wet clothes of then ran to moms bathroom to get herself dry, and borrowed moms dressing gown. while her clothes dry in the dryer, its been such a cool day   but granny said DON'T MOVE of the sofa  until the DVDs finished, she wont have to fight that battle, but I snuggled right up to her :) and I'm still giving her a Mischievous giggle.
Oh no will she cope with me and a new baby?

First day back and I cant get on the Blog I will try again later I have a couple of photos as well. He has had a lovely day, he was very obviously pleased to see me and has clung to me a lot, or wanted me in sight, we played down stairs, and he was banging the walls with his toys so we had to learn it was not good and he was always willing to say sorry granny ,, so cute,


We went to Jason they had a BLAST running around under the BUG sprinkler until they made a MUD puddle and we stopped it, then Jake said water All gone, he was so sweet, he was so very excited to see them. They played a while and Christine was Hanging clothing on the line, Jake trued so hard to help. In the end he just handed the clothing to Christine to hang, What a Nice helpful boy. Then we went inside and ate our lunches, by now it was getting late and they were all getting cranky so we came home, Jake fell asleep coming home I tried to change his dirty T shirt and Pants I Got his pants changed He was asleep and begging me no Granny I ok Granny and trying to snuggle into bed , he was So tired so I gave in and left the T shirt it was not to bad! He should sleep well.
