July the 31st butterflies and splashing

We had a lovely day today the children ate their breakfast in the car on the way to get  Charles, when we got there we realized it was going to be very very hot and didn't know how long we would stay but we wanted to stay for the parade, firstly we went through the butterfly house and so a lots and lots of butterflies they were beautiful colors, then we went to the kids from room and look through microscopes played with Lego to build a Lego butterfly and in made ibutterfly headpiece, next we went through the other butterfly house and saw lots of butterflies hatching out of there chrysalis, while we were there somebody asked us would we like to go on a caterpillar hunt so we got all kinds to go search for the caterpillars on the card then we could pick a prize from the kids prize box, but we loved the caterpillar house and all the caterpillars and wake got to hold caterpillars and release A butterfly, we found all the caterpillars and took our cards to get a prize there was food caravans and ice cream and all sorts of things to play with but we were getting hotter and hotter and hotter so we made our way back to the parade, we followed the parade to the fountain and then we decided we did not want to be out in the Sun anymore so we played in the fountain for about an hour it was so much fun, after that granny asked if we want to go anywhere else and we said no because we were too hot, so we went to the bathroom and got dressed in our clothes and went back to the car to have a picnic lunch we were hungry after that we drove home on the way granny said we could have a treat and we stopped at Sonic for drinks we were tired boys but in still want go to sleep so he will be very tired tonight, we love going to the butterfly festival black granny wishes it was not so hot this time of year so we could have seen some more of Powell Gardens we have had a fun week and we are sad summer's almost ended granny is very happy that she got to spend summer with us, she has a couple of things planned for the beginning of the week and then we're off to see Nana.

Hot hot hot July 30th maybe It will cool soon

We had a fun day today we started by having breakfast and doing all chores, then we played for a little while before we went to the pool, we had great fun at the pool squirting each other, swimming, jumping in and making new friends, we stayed there a long time it was a lot of fun. When we got home we were very hungry and tired, we had hot dogs broccoli oranges chocolate pudding , crunchy tortilla chips and cherries granny said we like a food and she's glad we eat our fruit and vegetables. The only thing we kept doing at the pool which granny had to stop is doing was squirting people that didn't want to be squirted including adults but we stopped it was fun trying to do it though

Funny Boy makes one smile 28th 29th July

Funny boys they have decided the last 2 days they want to be home!! or go out to eat, the answer was No to the eating and home is fine !! We have done lots of sorting of toy boxes , clothing closets, craft supplies, and today we made a caramel custard desert,
Kyle came down we played for a While, we went on a Bike ride to  end of our road,We did craft , jigsaw puzzles and played in the water, it was all so Much fun just hanging out,
We have made granny laugh so much she cried almost,

One very funny conversation we had.
Having a discussion on listening ,or lack of!!! Nana,came into the conversation and I said Nana will be so much happier if you listen and use nice manners granny has shown you.the conversation went on and I said why are you not listening to granny when she says something  Jake in all seriousness he said but granny it is very hard having to listen to you every day .with Nana it's only 14 days so we can do it !!!! 

We are finishing up School Break!!

July 24th we had a BIG work out at jump and play Shawnee!! there was some VERY hard jumps to do and I finally got to the end, Ian got to the 3rd part and Granny was so proud of him!,
We rested most of the afternoon while the cleaners were here it was to hot to be outside,
Then after our showers we went and bought MacDonald and ate it at home while we watched Chomps,
We had another movie started but it wouldn't load and we were very disappointed,
Monday 27th July
Today we went to Black hoof park, we went early but it was still VERY hot, we met up with 2 boys our age and raced around so much we were wet with perspiration!! so we all left to come home and cool down,
Granny hosed us and let us play in the little pools it was so much fun,
 We sorted Ian's clothing to make way For Nathan and he has a Ton of room now
all Ian's size 2 were put away for Nate Ian finally about grew out of them,
After lunch Ian and I went to sleep fast we were so tired!!!!
