We keep on going

We are plodding on through are list we wrote at the beginning of summer , and actually will get it all done plus some extras!!!!! Yeah
Yesterday (Wednesday} we did one thing not on our list and that was Visit our friend Caleb who has moved to the country on a Farm. it was very far in the country and we LOVED it, he has a BIG pond, and he grandpa was there doing some fencing because they are getting horses, cows, and chickens, they will be pretty self sufficient, granny told them how they could have a milking cow and not have to milk twice a day, because she did it when she lived on a farm.
then we boys played outside with water guns and water of course that was the BEST fun we got drenched then granny remembered she had our swimming cloths so she put them on and dried our other clothing in the drier, we saw Caleb's daddy's new tractor its a John Deere its very cool it does lots of things!!! if his daddy was there he would have given us a ride,
after we played a long time We had lunch I was so hungry so was Ian. we ate sandwiches, fish, I ate a whole apple, Miss Alice gave us strawberry's. and we had a rice crispy treat, were growing boys, then on the way home I asked for McDonald But Granny said No, so I tried a sad face and she said she needed happy faces so I smiled!
Today we went to Johnson county Fair,It was very Cool gramps, came we saw a HUGE John Deere combine harvester, and they had a corn pit to play, we saw all the exhibits that was a Lot of fun, we spoke to a sheriff I asked him what I had to do to be a sheriff and he told me! then we had a Very unhealthy Lunch Curly fries Yummy but very Bad for you. Ian Loved his hot dog even ate the roll. granny and gramps had a Brat, we had ice cream but Ian was to full!!!! Granny said you cant go to a fair and not eat junk !!We still want to see more but we had stretched our time to the limit for Ian to get his nap so we came home and My tummy hurt and granny said a Np would be good, I thought that was a Good Idea, Before we left I wanted to be picked Up to see a Horse as granny lifted me the horse turned his head and almost licked me it scared me to death I almost jumped out of Granny's arms and screamed. It was so funny I was not expecting its face. we couldn't stop laughing!!
We are Having a GREAT Summer we are all So Happy,  granny said she is surprising herself how much energy she has got back! We were talking in the car about how much fun we have, Granny also told us both how well behaved we are, no fussing or whining for things . just enjoying being together and doing different things that we find to do, shes very proud of us!

More from our list done today!

Today was another day with Amazing weather, Granny said to me (Ian) I need to wear my ears when I go out , but I looked and they are there!  and she made me wear a Hat and I didnt want to so she told me its to help keep the sun of my face and stop me getting burned, So I said i wont let the sun burn me Granny,  She laughed and I dont know why So I laughed Im sure you will all Understand why Grown ups laugh at what we kids say! we are just so special aren't we, But I know what my ears are for and I know what she means but I just forget or do I just plain not Listen? you Guess!!!
We had so much fun today! we did our donut day and had yummy Donuts for breakfast, Granny bought herself a yummy Latte for to take to the park and when we got thereI knocked it out of her hand because I was not listening I was sad I did that But granny was ok she forgave me!!
We packed a Picnic before we went and We met Miss Christine, Jason Anna Beth and Logan, Logans almost a Giant hes as Tall as Granny, We got some sad news from them they are moving to Nth Carolina in 4 weeks, were happy for them but will Miss them. Maybe we can write a Letter to them.
Then Miss luann  came with Ben who is 7 and Luke who is 3 so we all had a Great time playing,
I ran into a Bush or leaves and it really stung my ankle It really scared me so miss Luann and Granny made me not be so worried and made me happy again.We had our picnic lunch and played more games away from bushes, the weather was amazing, we all played very nicely, no fighting, then Ian started getting cranky so we gave Hugs and said good byes, on the way home Granny bought another Latte to enjoy while we napped, then she gave me some benadryl so I would feel better,
It was a Super Fun day, and we will see Jason and Family again before they move!!!!
Our list is going down Fast and we are just having a Great summer break before I start School.,

We are still around

After not being around for about 3 months we are back and having A blast, granny came back to us after breaking her bottom (pelvis) 2 weeks ago, and we have been getting back pretty quickly into the swing of things and enjoying summer,so we thought we should get the blog going again.
before summer break started granny Ian and me wrote a list of all the things we wanted to do over summer break. then granny wouldn't stand on her own 2 feet and that list went by the by, but granny kept it and we went over it to see what Miss Peggy had done then went through what we had done the lazy

2 weeks, we were surprised to find it looks like we may complete the list by the end of summer!!!! we are very happy about that.
since we were on here last I graduated Pre school ready to start School in August , I'm getting very grown up now, can you believe Ian starts Pre school in August too!!!!
Miss Peggy took care of Us while Granny was getting healed from her fall and we had fun with Miss Peggy,
Since Granny came back we have done many things, Granny bought a Pool for her house not a Big one but big enough for us and adults to sit in and float in, we helped put it up and she got us a sand pit so we can have summer fun there to, once it was up we had a day at Granny's house swimming and playing, the gramps cooked hot dogs on the grill so we had a picnic by the pool,  because daddy and grandpa were doing Ian's room we had our nap there too,
One day Granny took us to see rescue planes and we had popcorn that was a very cool movie!!!!\
We went early one morning because it was so hot to Black hoof Park and played for a Long time.
Another day we went to Granny's and picked vegetables from her Garden and played with her doggy.
Then we went to wonder scope we love that place they have lots of things you can build with of crafts, etc.
Tuesday last week I was a Very big boy I took granny for a Birthday lunch and paid for her all by myself, I gave her kisses and cuddles and had my best manners so did Ian, then we asked them to sing happy birthday to Granny, she was embarrassed!!! then  I asked How old are you Granny she said 67!! I said WHOA!! That's Very Old!! Poor Granny but I told her she was still beautiful and I loved her! Ian said I luv You to Granny, he cuddled her covered in the Free birthday Ice cream,.
Today we did 3 things on our list We are fitting in as Much as we can!!! we both wanted to go to Cabelas, so we first went to cabelas,
And looked at EVERYTHING, we sat in boats, on 4 wheel bikes and looked at so much stuff !!! all boy granny said we are!! We wanted toy Guns but granny said we cant have them unless we check with mommy and daddy, Ian got angry about that so he almost got in trouble but stopped in time PHEW,
Granny bought gramps some jerky and us a lolly pop  but she wouldn't let us eat it all at once,
Then because she got $25 gift on her landrys card for her birthday and we had TREX on our list we went there for lunch I ate ALL mine up, Ian ate most of his, Granny ate hers!! and our 3rd thing on the list was orange leaf but we went to the place by TREX where you can put what you want on your Ice cream so its similar and Granny has never been before it was so delicious she said she was sorry she had found it!!! We had such a FUN day we were so excited now we have 3 more things of our list, Ian told granny she wore him out!!!  I told her my tummy was so full and I had the Funnest time Thank you Granny, She said it makes her happy when we are so good and enjoy ourselves,
when we got back we went through the list of all the things we have done and only have a very few things to do now and one added one swim in Granny's pool,
