BIG hit

Today was a big hit, I had a good nap this morning and when my friends arrived we had to wake me up but Granny thought if i was tired enough I would go to sleep in the car ,, NO way I was ready to go, Granny had called Stephenson's and they no longer have apple picking so she is glad we didn't drive out there for nothing, but she searched and searched and found what looked like a Fun place near St Jo it was only about 50 minutes so no to far, when we left it was raining but we kept going because we just KNEW it would stop, when we got there it was sunny and a nice breeze!!! they Had the BEST orchard Granny had seen. with lots of beautiful apples, we picked 12lbs of honey crisps and 12 of mixed Jonathan's and galas , sometimes they have blueberries raspberries blackberries and peaches and pears to pick, when we finished picking (or eating apple) we went in the store and they had cucumber tomato, potato, squash and peaches Granny bought all grown on the farm and she will leave some At our house so we can have them for lunch, after we paid we went to the LOVELY playground picnic area they have, they had a big wooden train, a car swing. slides, swinging seats, and climbing frames we all had fun there . There was a pond with ducks, and even grills to cook. granny said we will go again in 3 weeks and have a picnic, in the fall they have a pumpkin patch I really loved it there it is going  to be another favorite,

we were all hungry and thirsty so we stopped at burger king I didn't want to eat much but drank well.  I was such a sweet boy  I gave Jason hugs and patted his back, gave granny kisses, and tried to stop whiny Anna by being kind to her. even when they dropped there crowns I picked them up for them  my manners were perfect  I bet your  proud of me I know granny is!!!!and Miss Christine said I need to spend more time with you so you can teach my kids to behave better,  and granny started her usual lecture on parenting you have yo be consistent and mean what you say!! I have heard this so many times but I guess she is right!! and I love her as much as she loves me  even though she is strict  I think shes Nanny 911!!!!

after we ate granny changed me because I spilled drink on me and we came home I was so tired I went straight to bed and Granny's hurting so shes going to rest!!! What a fantastic day!!!!

JUst Monday

Today I ate cereal for my breakfast and had a nap, I was happy and we played, when we woke I went to the park and played then to miss Alice's to play with the Kids, I had lots of fun just running and playing, I didn't eat much lunch though, I was very sweet to Caleb , but wanted lots of cuddles of granny and was a little whiny and cuddly, granny thinks I still don't fell 100 % when we came home I ran to the house and said  blankey , granny asked me did I want to play with my car but i said no so Grammy said you must be tired she changed me and I snuggled in and didn't make one sound before I slept!!
Were going apple picking at a different place this week because Jason couldn't go last time,
and I don't know what else Granny's planned but she dud say the library!
Glad were all getting better

Apple picking

What a lot of fun we had today!! we went to the Red barn and in the fall they have hay rides and pumpkins so I want to go again then
Granny was disappointed in the apples they were   affected by the heat she thinks but i loved picking them it was a lot of fun, and  we got enough to make apple butter YEAH!!! Logan came after we got there and Caleb came with us, we three boys had fun but I did not want a photo with them so I got cranky,  Granny thinks my tummy is still not feeling the best , at the farm we saw the chickens and there was a big turkey.  i saw a horse and lots of different apples, the best ones will be ready in 2 or 3 weeks the ones ready today were Jonathon and Golden delicious .  we got the wind fallen ones for the butter because they were 1/2 the price, the boys and I thought they were balls and threw them but only the damaged ones  because granny said no!!
granny bought Caleb and me a sucker and we both got very sticky, we stopped on the way home and burger king and there was only one high chair but I was a BIG boy and sat up nicely to eat in a big boy seat so Caleb could have the high chair, I didn't eat much and granny wouldn't let me have the toy that came with the kids meal it was Very ugly,
I fell asleep on the way home but granny lifted me into bed so I stayed asleep. daddy was home when we got home because hes sick now  and that's not good!!! Granny hopes she doesn't get it again.

Life is good for this Boy

Granny said you have a great life Jake and I know i do!! for breakfast i ate rolled outs with walnuts and raisins and agave I LOVED it granny ate it too. we sorted my winter pants granny measured them to see how many I could wear this year, then we tidied my closet and i helped I'm a good helper, I played with my tuck (car) and  then walked up and down the street then had a GOOD nap, when I woke we read and played chasing's then we had lunch I had a good lunch, turkey dogs, bread, cheese apple and peach,
then i kept saying puppy puppy ands granny remembered she said she would take me yesterday but she didn't feel good so she forgot, so we got ready and went, when we got there the TV man was there putting in satellite TV and I was so excited to see him on the roof, then there were 2 men removing and old trailer, rock,.the old chain link fence granny and gramps took down. and some other old junk that was there when they moved there, I was so excited to watch the men work, then I saw gramps John deer tractor and i begged for a ride so he took me for a ride, I was so excited, after that i Played with miss daisy, what and exciting day we never know what fun will come my way,
We came home and on the way granny bought a drink at sonic a slush and granny dropped it in her lap but was driving and it was ICY cold sticky and wet, that will teach her to cheat on her diet, she could do anything accept squeal and make me laugh because it was cold, we got home and she stood up and it ran everywhere I laughed more!!! because she was squealing, then we had to shut the garage door so she could cover her self and get her skirt of so we did not get sticky in the house, so she washed the sticky of and borrowed a pair of gaucho things of mommy!!! but Granny's a LOT fatter than mommy so it was hard to find some that fit!!! I think that it was all so funny!!!! now I'm snuggled up having a rest!!
Tomorrow were going to the Red Barn farm apple picking I can hardly wait!!!!!!
While I was at Granny's if there was a door that could be opened or shut I opened or shut it. I played her bug piano and found a Toy  Larry the cucumber I bought home with me, Gramps said hes a REAL boy well what does he think I'am ? I'm not a girl. and he said that I had a very big inquisitiveness!!!! that's because I'm a genius :)
